Your submission must be in PDF format and follow the IEEE Conference Proceedings format. The manuscript should be at least 9 pages and no more than 12 pages, including references and appendices. Use the IEEE conference paper template, which can be found on the IEEE website. The document should have 1-inch margins at the top and bottom, and 0.75-inch margins on the left and right. The text should be in Times New Roman, 10-point font, single-spaced, and presented in a two-column format.
The content of your paper should include a concise and descriptive title, an abstract (150-250 words) summarizing the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions of your research, and 3-5 keywords relevant to your paper's content. The main sections should include an introduction outlining the background, problem statement, and significance of your research, a detailed methodology, clear presentation of your research findings, a discussion interpreting the results and their implications, and a conclusion summarizing your findings and potential future work. References should be formatted following IEEE citation style.
Ensure all figures and tables are clear and legible, embedded within the text near where they are referenced, and include descriptive captions. Submissions should be made through the online submission system by the specified deadline. Each paper will undergo a peer-review process by at least two independent reviewers.
All submissions must be original work not published elsewhere. Papers will be checked for plagiarism, and those with significant plagiarism will be rejected.
